Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you have purchased from us.  If you change your mind, we can refund or exchange any unsuitable items provided that they are returned in perfect condition (i.e with original packaging, labels and tags) within 28 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note.  Unfortunately we cannot at this time offer free postage for your returns but hope to in the future.

You can return items to us with one of the following options:

  1. By POST from UK & International addresses. Please remember that you are responsible for items you return until they are delivered safely back to us.  For all items you should always get a proof of postage.  Check with the courier that you use how much value this covers you for.  For example Royal Mail only covers £20 of value with a proof of posting or £50 of value if you use a tracked service.
  2. By HAND to our premises at 129 Burwell Drive, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 5LP

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

Refund exceptions:

1. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, piercings, hair products, fragrances and food.

2. Exchanges can only be made at our premises.

3. Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post or in-store within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sale items purchased online and returned to store after 14 days, but before 28 days, are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.

4. PayPal purchases returned in store will be refunded in the form of a Gift Card.
